Margaritaville Syracuse

We always try the food before our little ones dig in, as they are ages 2 and 3, and we usually get meals and juice for them. I ordered my drink, but instead of the child's meal I requested, they brought out an adult-sized portion. The fries were barely warm and definitely not fresh at all. The veggies were a little warmer, but still not hot. You could tell they had been sitting for a while. I will definitely keep this experience in mind for the future!

As much as I want to give a positive review, I just can’t. The food was good, and the margaritas were even better, but observing the staff was quite something else. On Saturday, August 6, 2022, my friends and I visited Margaritaville at the shopping center for dinner. When we arrived, the hostess seemed a bit scattered. Other employees were walking around aimlessly, so we decided to sit at the bar. We ordered our drinks and food and enjoyed chatting with the bartender, Anna. However, our server was a different story. It was strange that she seemed to vanish when it was time to settle our bill. To make matters worse, I noticed a $100 charge on my bank statement for a transfer to Venmo! After overhearing other employees complain about the lack of accountability among staff, it's clear that there are management issues here.

The food was quite mediocre, but the drinks were quite enjoyable. There was a wide variety of options on the menu, especially for seafood lovers!

Typical restaurant with chain. I ordered the nachos, lava shrimps and fried pimples. I and my children ordered all the appetizers to share. There was nothing really on the menu. The loaded nacho plate was huge. We only ate about half. They are creepy and lacking in the middle of the tortilla chips. The guacamole on the nachos was disgusting. The lava shrimps were good. Could have used more lava sauce.

Food and service was great. We were seated at the bar and I ordered the fish tacos, loaded landshark and about every margarita.
