Le Melange - Syracuse

They kept turning up the music, making it difficult to have a conversation with the people at our table.

While enjoying our meal, drinks, and the presentation, I found the staff to be exceptional. However, the loud music really detracted from the overall experience, which was otherwise fantastic. It's clear that the high volume is part of the restaurant's intended atmosphere. Sadly, despite how much I appreciated every other aspect and my desire to support a non-chain establishment, I don’t think we can return until the noise levels are addressed. The scallop dish was phenomenal, and our waitress was great, but we may need a hearing device next time—definitely not ideal!

Our dinner was absolutely fantastic! All four of us ordered either the seared scallop entree or the scallop and soul bass entrees. The presentation was stunning, and everything tasted amazing. We made some room for dessert, and it exceeded our expectations. The chocolate bombe was my favorite, but the cream brûlée and the rich chocolate cake were also delightful. Our server was excellent, the manager stopped by to chat and took some photos for us, and the owner checked in to see how we were enjoying everything. The music was enjoyable, and the Valentine's decor was lovely. I can't wait to return!

Wanted to try le melange since the opening and I'm so glad that I finally did! from the second we went to every cure of our meal, my friend and I were still impressed and could not stop talking about incredible everything. the eating was absolutely spectacular and our waitress lisa gave us the best recommendations! she was definitiw a bonus for our incredible dinner and we were very pleased to have them. the half apps were another bonus. I'm glad to go back to dinner so soon!

I was in town visiting from Seattle and was very excited to try this place. We had a late reservation (9:15)
