Dave Buster's Syracuse

I reserved 22. We just sat on a table for 14. I had to find someone to tell them it was wrong. The whole staff was unhappy. After our first round of drinks we were told that the bar was behind us. We had empty cups for 3/4 of our visit. Only 2 meals were ground so that there was a plus. But the checks were wrong. The server then told us it was their first night. Too bad they give us as their first table. I could never find her when I needed her and worried when she cries in her back. I called the management several times and no one would ever help. After 4 times, the controls were not correct. It was the worst experience I ever had. The waitress apologised for a million times, but it really wasn't her fault. The management could have helped her and they didn't choose it. You lost because we might have to play games. Instead, we had to go to the bar and pay separately just to get drinks. This facility has fallen so fast.

Hello, I would like to apologize for my bad review!! But that was my only way to see the fact that my children were extremely disappointed because they were unable to experience Dave Busters. Our family was unable to enjoy our family excursion due to the mall closure because there was (at the time) an active shooting. So unnecessary to say it was very disappointing. Thank you. My son wanted to go there for his birthday. It was our first time we were there. I made my reservation online If I was busy there, but there was no direction where you should go if you were in no one around or something like a few people before us Went and they asked the people at the bar. When I finally told her we had a reservation, she gave me a few seconds to finish the table. The description of the food looked really amazing and when it came, it was kind of sad and it did not live until its name. Playing and eating is absolutely annoying I would definitely play again.

We were pleasantly surprised how delicious the food was. Our guys had really fun!!

Food was cold for being the only table there. Philly cheess stake come out without chees on it. Very over priced food.
