Sobol - Syosset

This was very bland no taste flavor like eating ice I spent 13 dollars and was so unsatisfied but the staff was amazing so I’ll take it as a lost but this definitely not place for me

Ordered the super large size. Got Only 2/3 filled. Paid almost $17 for this with the credit card fee charged. I don’t think I will be going back to this store.

Not sure how this establishment gets as many stars as they do the way it operates. Maybe location? Or lack there of in the area? The customer service in this place is **** poor. The kid behind the counter looks like he hates working there and was forced to by his parents and barely says a word unless you repeat yourself. The containers they use is confusing when it comes to bowls. The key is they’re not using bowls, they are soup containers so trying to eat a açaí bowl is not very convenient and wasn’t thought out. Not only that but the açaí base was frozen so the whole experience was terrible. Maybe other customers might have a better experience but highly doubt it. I would go to another location.

Went the other day and I just couldn’t thinking about that great experience I had at Syosset Sobol! Especially with one of the workers, Emily. I have a lot of allergies and she double checked everything with me, making me safe as a customer. I hope to see her again when I come back, she is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!love her ?
