Subway - Sylvania

The restaurant is nice and clean, and I appreciated their patience with me, even though I wear a hearing aid. I have hearing impairment, which makes it difficult for me to understand the staff since I can't read their lips. Despite that, everything went smoothly, and the sandwiches were excellent!

I've never had an incorrect order, and the customer service is excellent. I always enjoy my visits here because the place is very clean.

The recent redesign of the restaurant creates a more open, light, and airy atmosphere. The staff is friendly to everyone, even if you're unsure of what to order. They are very patient, and I give a thumbs up to the manager, Tonya. No matter who she’s working with, you can expect a smooth and enjoyable experience.
