Mcdonald's - Sylvania Twp

Dirty restaurant. Plus nobody wants to come take an order they want you to order at the kiosk. Next they will want you to go back and make your own food.

Very slow, workers were rude and unhelpful, and forgot pieces of my order so I was stuck at this McDonalds for 30 min trying to get everything I paid for.

Hit or miss it has been trying to do better I will give them that!

Terrible experience, took forever to take our order, the speaker can’t even hear what I say, rushed to order and finish order, asked 3 times if that was all, food was terrible.

The bathrooms were locked with a sign to see cashier for key when I asked for it she rudely told me it was for paying customers I would have to buy something to use it I showed her my phone as I was gonna do a mobile order she then said well place the order I will give u the key!!!! I at that point told her no thanks your rude I’m not buying anything here and left
