Wendy's - Sylvan Lake Canada

WARNING TO OTHERS! I wasn't going to write a review but given what I have just endured I want to warn others. This was my second time to this Wendy's and the first time was nothing to write home about but I don't expect a lot from a fast food place. This time went way beyond unacceptable! I did not get a receipt either but I have proof I was there from my Visa records. The service was slow and I ordered a Baconator which sat on the counter for some time before it was finally given to me. This was about 5:00 p.m. and I had it for my supper. I brought it home and it was so dry that I had to put extra mayonnaise and ketchup on it, they had put next to none on it. Between 10:00 and midnight last night I was seriously ill. My guts hurt so bad that I thought I was going to black out and the prespiration was running down me from the pain. I was on the verge of phoning an ambulance it was so bad. This was all I had to eat last night so it had to be the hamburger. I'm still not feeling perfect today. This place needs to be checked out by the health department! NEVER AGAIN!

Like can someone do something about how unpleasant the guys are that work here ? I hate going now. They are so rude. Absolutely no manners. Like please who ever owns this place you need to do something about this. I hate going here. Everyone has awful things to say.

Stopped for breakfast at this Wendy's location with my family; took all to go. It was a horrible experience. Food, service, etc....Please stay clear!

I have never had such a disappointing experience for fast food. My kids love wendys chicken nuggets and everytime i go through their drive thru, it is terrible service. Customers seem to be an inconvenience for this wendys. It's been like this since they have opened in my experience.

I don’t know when Wendy’s started pre pouring then freezing their frosty’s but I don’t like it.
