Men who believe they can easily converse with women, beware. The service at this restaurant is subpar and the staff need to improve their mannerisms. Additionally, the food here is consistently overcooked. It is not recommended to dine here unless you enjoy burnt dishes and poor service.

The restaurant gets busy in the mornings on weekdays, with long lines extending out to the road. The best way to avoid waiting is to order through the app and pick up inside. Despite the app often indicating drive-thru only, the staff does allow customers to come inside to collect their orders. It's worth noting that the restaurant is no longer open 24 hours, although it used to be years ago.

I understand the importance of trying to keep both the drive-thru and lobby open at the same time to increase profits. However, if there is not enough staff, there is simply not enough staff. I visited with a group of 5 people and encountered several issues: one person received a cold drink instead of a hot one, another person did not receive their complete order, and it took 20 minutes and me showing them the receipt before I finally got my black coffee and wrap.

Not sure why they give a chance to go and order when they are closed in the lobby all the time on the app. that is quite inconvenient for people who actually want and must be on the leap. the drive is always extremely slow. I have no time to wait 15-20 minutes for an order. if we can't get in, they don't leave this as an option. also I don't see the problem just going and picking up on the go orders. they just command the way they come. even if I'm able to go, they never have the donuts just the drink, so I wait at the end to the attention of someone then too. this dunkin didn't run very well at all. the only plus is most employees are polite.

They went in to find workers who were literally sitting and then they asked me what I was for. my job was out of the device and no one worked on it. the girl with red curls was obviously high as the hell. really not impressed.
