Nice friendly employees, good customer service for being open early mornings 🌄 If your up early mornings (around 5a.m and your craving sweet bread and warm soft bolillos(bread rolls) with coffee or hot chocolate, this is the bakery around your neighborhood to go to. Oh yeah I almost forgot to mention one of they're specialties is a warm soft bolillos stuffed with brown beans mixed with chorizo and jalapeí±os. Delicious!😋

The bread is delicious, especially since everything is handmade.

Their flan is delicious. My issue is that things don't look super clean and they have a hard time getting and maintaining an A grade for their health inspection. When I call to ask what their grade is (to know whether I am willing to go shop there) they get very defensive and have even refused to answer the question.
