The meal was terrible, with overcooked meat and undercooked rice. It was a painful experience that I do not want to repeat. Additionally, the service was not very friendly, according to my wife.
I ordered my food and put me to eat. the cherry coke, which was not labeled from the order, tasted disgusting and almost ruined my appetit. I couldn't stand up to get another drink because it was a fly in the restaurant and I didn't want it to land on my food. I've finished my lunch. then went back to the machine to find out that the koks, cherry koks, dr. pepper and the sprit tasted. I went to the bank and asked for the manager. after approx. 10 minutes she finally came to her was the support of the kitchen it seems. he kept me waiting when she “fixed the machine”. told me the cherry coke was out, but the other one should be good. they still taste bad, I asked for my money back for the drink and the other cashier insisted that I tried the trip through soda. that was it. at this point, 20 minutes of my time lost here, I went unhappy. one of my favorites dinge over the load was that I enjoyed that the cherry coke actually tasted good. El pollo worst loco location I was there before. manager has no meaning. I ordered thru laufwerk thru, asked for my meal a certain wise. the manager says cashiers that they only ignore special requests. they just say that some push it through. makes her own rules as if it weren't a company restaurant. she will probably go to this place in rent!
I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be, but unfortunately, I have to make a drive because the customer service at El Pollo Loco store 5615 is consistently poor and lacks people skills. During my last visit, I ordered a 16-piece meal and an 8-piece family meal. I was only given 6 tiny containers of salsa, despite the receipt stating a total of 14 - 7 house salsa and 7 avocado salsa. When I asked Alicia for more salsa, she ignored me and claimed she was too busy and not allowed to give extra. She charged us extra for only 6 containers, which I found completely unacceptable. Although the chicken was good, the service was a disappointment. Management needs proper training and the franchise owner should pay attention to the service at this location, store 5615.
