Avoid the wait. Order Online they say. First, let me say the food was very good. Unfortunately, the service was dismal!I arrived 10 minutes before my pickup time, which was earlier than normal dinner hours and sat down to wait. No other customers were in the store. One person was working behind the counter and talking to another worker not in sight. After my pickup time, another worker came out to the counter and started working. I thought the first worker was filling my order, but no, they were making their own dinner and came out to the table side to eat. Another worker eventually came out after a group came in to order. Only 1 other customer came in during that time to pickup their food, they left without it and returned 10 minutes later to get it. No other orders were completed during this time. After 28 minutes, 18 minutes past my pickup time, one of the workers asked my name and mine was the order she was just packing, 2 subs, which took 2 people at least 28 minutes to put together.

Firehouse company PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THIS LOCATION! I have been a long time customer, love your food and sandwiches and vibe, but this location needs to be revamped!Firstly, no one ever answers the phone for pick up orders or customer questions!Secondly, the soda machine had no ice and all of the drinks were flat and tasted funny.Thirdly, needs a deep clean and perhaps some reupholstering?Love your store and food, but this was disappointing.

Do NOT eat here! Originally greeted by server who in my opinion appeared to be under the influence or had just been awoken. Upon payment, I noticed a dead cockroach on the counter. Coke fountain dispenser syrup mix was off and several drinks had a horrible taste. Upon food being ready my first bite into my meatball sub, I was met with an ice cold meatball. After looking at it, I could see the inside of the meatballs were raw and not cooked. Overall appearance of the establishment was dirty and everything was sticky to the touch. This place should be inspected by health officials and shut down if needed.

The toilet was flooded and filled with feces. There was a leak all through the back floor of the restaurant. There was a dead roach. There was another roach crawling around. It was a dead fly where I wanted to sit and eat. Disgusting!
