Bookers Bbq - Sylacauga

What a fantastic southern kitchen! We visited on a Sunday after church, and although it was busy, they efficiently accommodated everyone. Our waiter was extremely attentive. The roasted chicken livers were perfect—crispy and not overcooked, simply amazing! The butter beans and roasted okra were also delightful. My wife ordered the chicken tsar and mac and cheese, and she loved both dishes. The woman at the register, who I believe is the owner, has striking steel-blue eyes and called me “baby” while I was paying, which really added to the charming southern atmosphere. We passed through Sylacauga, Eufaula, and Huntsville, and this was our first time dining here, but we will definitely be back!

The food is absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff is extremely friendly, and everything we ordered was just right. Plus, the prices are very reasonable.
