You don't get a 1-star rating because the food is good. However, your attention to detail must be addressed. I came here two years ago and ordered a burger with egg. Every time I came home, I found no egg there. Recently, I wanted to try again. I made no cheese as a hamburger. My order was even repeated correctly. I knew to check when I was in the car, found my order cheese on him. You made my food fast to correct the mistake. Please have trained the kitchen staff on attention to detail. I know they weren't busy, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant.

Carry out 6/22/22 Disappointed with the Cheese Steak Chicken Cheese Steak Increased their prices and decreased the amount of meat. All roll and not a lot of meat. I ate the whole thing and am still hungry! If ordering cheese steaks, I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Side note: I used to love their cheese steaks.

I love this bar. The people there are always friendly, and the service is great. I stopped by for bacon cheese fries and a beer. My yuengling was cold, and my fries had so much cheese and bacon on them I wondered what it would have looked like if I asked for extra. ??

Serra Bros has our favorite wings big, meaty, and the bird hot sauce is unmatched. We?ve also been getting pizza here for years and have always raved about it. However, our last two orders were disappointing. The crust was rolled extremely thin (and we didn?t order thin crust) and it almost seemed half baked. The crust was soggy and flimsy. Very frustrating after spending $70 on pizzas and wings. Hopefully this is addressed soon or we won?t be ordering again as we couldn?t even pick up the pizza slices that?s how flimsy they were. Have always loved supporting this local business and hope they return to their former glory.

I think this will be our last visit to Serra brothers. The food was just ok! I myself ordered the Italian cheese steak! No marinara and was skimpy on the meat for the size of the roll. The pizza was a little darker than expected. The kitchen staff definitely needs some supervision and training on menu items! How about showing a little pride in your product. Our server a bartender wasn?t the greatest either! He just didn?t quite get it for us!
