I was here at 4:30 in the afternoon. I tried to go and the doors were closed. The sigh says they close at 9 So why was the door locked? There was no sign on the door that they were closed. That was very disturbing that I couldn't get my food.

You should have kept the Arbys at this point because this Popeyes is terrible. Terrible service dry and coarse food. Half the time it is good. The other half of the time you get chicken so dried out it's not edible. Today was one of those bad days. If I ever go back to this location, I'll make sure I don't go through the drive through so I can see the chicken before ordering.
