I thought I'd be in and out. When I arrived, there was a handwritten sign that the lobby is closed. I wanted to be in accordance with the drive thru until the woman who was parked near me, said they also order online and she wanted to call so that they could bring out their order. Maybe three minutes later, someone went out and gave the lady her order. Another lady who was just there came in the lobby of the shop and was in and out of 3 minutes with her coffee. I was the last car in the car drive thru so I parked back and back. I called the number three times and nobody answered. Another woman moved up and I told them the lobby is closed. The woman just said knocking because they do that every weekend. So I knocked, an employee came and told me I had to go the drive thru though I thru mobile and close the door on me. At this point I was 10 15 minutes to get a coffee I already ordered and paid. If I hit the drive, it'll be another 10 15. At this point I don't even want the coffee I just want a refund, so I've always beaten. They ignored. I knocked louder and finally another employee (picked like the manager) came to the door. I said not to knock on the door, and I said someone had only one attack. Maybe it's true that someone had a seizure, but after the people in the parking lot I feel like their coming with me lame excuse. I said I have ordered online and their Dunkin Donut location should not have activated the walk in the option if customers cannot get in. The second employee let me in and I told him I don't even want my order, I just want my refund. There were about 8 or 9 employees and walk on me. I screamed back to defend myself and think it's not worth going through a cup of coffee. If there was an emergency, they should have 1 person outside and tell people they can't accept orders now because of medical emergency instead of blowing people out. I was there for a total of 30 minutes trying, 1 cup of coffee roast (not the chic coffee) there was no view of an ambulance or heard any siren. I got the refund and finally got out. Go to this opportunity to have your fault. From the people I read in the parking lot that are local Eldersburg/Sykesville area and from the reviews online, this place is badly managed and the owner is inept to run a business like this.
Terrible service. I ordered 4 times and every time they got my order wrong. absolutely ridiculous
I went through and ordered an ice cream coffee. I came to the checkout and scanned my card and realized they accused me of $10.87 and I said something was wrong and they didn't say it? s right and gave me two drinks and I said no, that's not what I ordered and then they wouldn't take off the cargo and said that the company had to do it. I had to call the company and they processed the refund rudely and said the store should have made the refund. The employee on the window played on his phone during.
Never gets the order right, gave us regular coffee instead of decay when specified and gave my gf a panic attack
Other DD locations are much better, including the one right down the street. I've been here at least a dozen times and there's always a problem. It just seems as though these employees don't care. They're slow, the order is wrong half the time, they run out of popular items really early in the day much much earlier than other DD locations. One simple example is that I just took my daughter there to get her a bagel with butter. It was the afternoon and no one was in the store so we went in. When I opened her bagel back home I realized that they only put a tiny amount of butter on 1/4 of the top half of the bagel. Not a huge deal except it costs more for a bagel with butter and I paid for it. Just lazy. I even included a photo.
