Umi Sushi & Udon - Sydney

I bought a CUDO deal for $49 for 2 people. It included 2 x glass of wine/ beer , to share: endamame, chicken karage, tofu and seaweed and avocado salad, tempura prawn crunch roll and miso soup. Then 1 x main each whuch couldve been...chicken/ salmon teriyaki, wagyu beef udon, assorted tempura. The value was exceptional. The food was so yummy and the location and atmosphere placed you in the middle of Darling Quarter. I will definitely return here. The staff were also helpful and very friendly and polite.

My family had a wonderful experience dining at Umi Sushi and Udon, conveniently located near the Children's play area in Darling Harbour. Despite our young children, aged 1 and 4, posing a challenge for some restaurants, the staff at Umi Sushi were consistently supportive and helpful. We were impressed by the excellent service and delicious food we were served. The diverse menu catered to both our children's love for sushi and satisfied the adults as well. We enjoyed every meal at Umi Sushi and couldn't imagine a better dining experience. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant next time we visit Darling Harbour!

Visited here due to a great Scoopon voucher. I had the spicy pork gyoza and 4 random sushi train plates. The gyoza came out soaked in a soupy oil, but I guess it had the flavour in it. The sushi pieces are a good size...but they were all stuck to the plate. Green tea ice cream came out with a blob of cream, which I didn't ask for and the ice cream lacked actual flavour. Nevertheless, I was full at the end but food quality needs improvement.

Visited with my partner was absolutely astounded! Everything was amazing the food, the service, atmosphere. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by welcoming staff. Given menus, water offered service. Staff were very attentive continued to offer their assistance.. as...soon as our water was empty, it was replenished by the friendly waiter. I couldn’t fault the experience, everything was fresh tasted amazing. Highly recommended to all, whether visiting or local to Sydney!!

Excellent value for money. All you can eat buffet for 1.5 hours and food is good. Small criticism is service is a bit slow.
