Postales Spanish Restaurant And Tapas Bar

My experience at this restaurant was exceptional. The ambiance was beautiful and romantic, with a sophisticated decor that captured the essence of Spain. I ordered the steak and it was cooked to perfection. Our waiter was attentive and helpful, the drinks were very good, and the location is fabulous. The lighting was just right, creating a cozy atmosphere. Being in the GPO building added to the vibe, as there were options for pre- or post-dinner drinks at nearby stylish bars. I included some photos of the different areas in the building to showcase the diverse environments. Although I was there for work, it would be the perfect spot for a date. I can't fault anything about it. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I recently visited Postales for the first time while staying in the western part of the city. I had a light meal of tapas with a business associate on a quiet weeknight. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated and provided with menus and water. I didn't have much to say about the wine list since we only glanced at the short selection displayed behind glass, but we were satisfied with the Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir we ordered. We opted for five tapas dishes for our meal, all of which were delicious and beautifully presented. My favorite was the pork belly. I look forward to returning to have a full dining experience at this restaurant.

I have stayed at the Westin on several occasions, but this was my first time dining at Postales. I had a light meal of tapas with a business associate. It was a quiet weekday evening and the restaurant was not crowded. We were quickly seated upon arrival and given menus and water. We only selected from the small wine list of wines available by the glass, but we were able to enjoy a very good Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir. We opted for 5 tapas dishes for our meal, and each one was beautifully presented and delicious. My favorite was the pork belly. I look forward to returning for a full dining experience.

Absolutely fantastic tapas... I adored every aspect of this establishment. The seafood tapas are unparalleled. The staff is wonderful and welcoming... Their prawns are absolutely divine.... I highly recommend this place!
