Mother Chu's Vegetarian Kitchen

I had been wanting to visit this restaurant for some time and finally had dinner here on a weekday. It wasn't very crowded, but there were a few other diners. The staff and service were pleasant. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything we ordered was unique and tasty. The noodles were not dry like they usually are at other places. I will definitely return and will also recommend this hidden gem to my friends.

The vegetarian dishes at this restaurant are incredible. I never knew vegetables could be cooked in such delicious ways.
