I'm writing this review from a year ago but I ate extensively here for over 3 weeks and hence, I kinda know that they keep to their standards very well. Ambiance : a simple decor. Family run. Right opposite the Central Station on George street. At the heart of CBD! Though it is predominantly a North Indian restaurant, their southern offerings (close to home, for me) also met my expectations. Here's a gist of the best of my buys. With regard to the starters : I've sampled the Prawns tikka and Chicken 65. I'm glad they maintain the same spice levels you get back in India and hence, they are certainly...read more
Eating was not so great, it was average. I must say that they have great options in the chat area. I had order papdi chat, it was great, but they could make smaller pieces of papdi. I didn't understand how can panner tikka come in yellow gravur when it came on the table, it hit me so that I server in restaurants asked they said we make panner tikka in yellow gravur. it was very stubborn taste of curcuma. I would like to check the hotel staff to check a recipe online for panner tikka. that would help the hotel in the future.
Sukkulent tradiitonal and really beautiful Indian food they have a variety of vegetarian and jain options to choose this restaurant located in chinatown near sydney central station the dosa is gorgeous and simply excellent among the Indian delicacies belonging to the North Indian foods sweet, paneer dishes served with parathas, rotis and nasty they can ask for
I have read bad reviews about this restaurant, but seriously my experience was very good, both paintings I visited. we had a group booking and eating was ready in time. delicious Indian dishes. i m not sure whether it was prepared specifically for our group or on its regular menu. I have spoken to the owner who cooks himself bcz, it is hard to find a cook that will bring the authentic North Indian taste. the staff was obviously in a hurry because of the amount had no time to be friendly.
I only saw this restaurant once with my friends. we ordered butter huh, huh tika masala, redi chanai and lamb curry, as well as lamb rogan josh. there was nothing special except the butter chicken I am a person who would like to taste new food from different countries and I have no fear to experience unusual or new taste of food. but for Indian food I have never returned to this restaurant because I did not like the unfriendly personal in this restaurant and I did not try to explore other Indian restaurants in sydney.
