In the Jin Hot Pot Restaurant - Sydney

I observed two standout qualities about this restaurant: the dishes were incredibly fresh and the service was exceptional, surpassing many other hotpot establishments. However, the prices were slightly higher compared to other similar restaurants.

Even though the prices are on the higher side, I always feel that it is worth it when I dine at this restaurant. The food is consistently amazing and the ambiance is delightful. The staff are always friendly and attentive in my opinion.

Rating: The soup base is satisfyingly spicy and numbing. Recommended dishes include the fried pork and coriander beef balls. The restaurant is small and a bit dirty. The ingredients may not be the freshest, but they taste delicious when cooked in the broth. Tip: Expect a line on Fridays to Sundays.

Many selection of dishes for the hot pot. The food was fresh, but too expensive. The hot pot offers 4 different types of soup flavor. This place also offers cooked food and they were pretty good.
