Alfredo Authentic Italian - Sydney

We enjoyed a delicious and well served meal. Not sure why the ratings are so low on Yelp. It's loud, but a big Italian family kind of loud. Very friendly atmosphere. The servings are generous so you may want to share if you aren't big eaters. We started with the mixed salad, which was very fresh and well dressed with a tart Balsamic vinaigrette. The clam pasta was light and used an olive oil based sauce instead of a heavier cream sauce or wine sauce. With cheese and a grind of fresh cracked black pepper, it was almost a cacio and pepe. Delicious. The ravioli of the day was spinach and ricotta. Dressed in a richly flavored tomato sauce, it was a wonderful bowl of comfort. Filling and major taste bud happiness. Love the little chocolates they give you with the bill. Recommended.

Service poor from first minute. Server gave mgr look and said something when he told her to seat us. Service at end of meal was equally strange. I had chicken stuffed with crab. I asked mgr at end if they forgot the crab. He said it probably melted Think not

My wife and I ate there last night and their food was amazing and the ambiance was very sweet. I'd highly recommend this place

The food was exquisite. The service was brilliant: both helpful and attentive. It was a wonderful dining experience.

My mom and I shared a seafood filled antipasto and it was phenomenal! It is a small and intimate setting with wonderful live piano music being played. The pianist was exceptional. Our server was delightful and the owner came to our table to deliver our check and chat for a bit. We loved the fact this place was next to our hotel too. I would definitely go back to this place if I ever get back to Sydney.
