Albion Place Hotel - Sydney

Ate here today and the food is a 10/10. My partner and I got the Rump steak medium rare with creamy mash, mushroom sauce and onion rings on the side and I could not fault one element. Only $12.90 for the steak and mash by itself as well, and better than the $30 steak I ate last week at a restaurant. Our coworkers got the beef burger with chips and couldn't fault that dish either. Well worth a visit!

Can you believe they put away furniture upstairs and turn it into a dance club with entry fee after 10pm on weekends? Teen girls were queuing outside in their skimpy clothes and eager to get in! Glad I passed that silly age and know my night spots better. Otherwise I don't mind a drink or two here after work strangely enough.  They have $5 Singha happy hour. The food was surprisingly good and the portion was huge! It is definitely good value for money.  The pubs on this end of George street are not usualy my cup of tea but like I said strangely enough I don't mind Albion for a drink. thernbdiary.com

I was satisfied with the food. Burgers are between $14.90 and $15.90. The drinks are more expensive than other places, and the free Wi-Fi is slow and stops working intermittently.
