Sat in the drive through and was asked to wait, 5 mins go by I ask to be served and was asked to wait again.. decided to drive through to walk in.. Can’t get out of the drive through as the server is hanging out of the window chatting to the previous customer, Walked in finally and spoke to counter staff to out the order in and mentioned the drive through the restaurant staff rolled her eyes (in agreement) and said quote “I know” Decided to go to Burger King (literally next door) £45 later happy kids with a belly full of food Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Ok, fast food as expected, chicken nice and hot, but they've changed the chips, not the same as they were. They don't provide wet wipes for hands anymore. No hand sanitiser either. Bit disappointing when you are eating chicken pieces with your fingers.
