Oriental Express - Swindon

One of the people preparing food coughed in his hands, and then went straight back to handling food. Didn't wash his hands. That would be bad enough when there wasn't a pandemic virus sweeping through the country! I couldn't bear to accept my order so just went home and said a quick prayer for anyone who might have eaten from their recently. I'd steer clear of this place in for a good few months if you want to survive the COVID-19 crisis.

Cold food, 2 hours to deliver, soggy spring rolls were inedible as was the rest of my food due to it being cold, offered a 15% discount off my next order, that won't be happening, would have brought me fresh order but not convinced that wouldn't have taken another 2 hours and at 9.30pm I will not be taking up that offer as I will be in bed in 2 hours! This was great between 2001 and 2012, never again.

Chips were rock solid taste like thay been reheated all food was cold i was told 45 min delivery time it was over a hour and a half i rang 3 times total rubbish i wouldnt order again

The delivered food was excellent with very good quality and quick delivery. Ordering was easy and I would rate it 10/10. The delivery driver was pleasant and polite.

We had a meal for three from Oriental Express for the first time. The delivery was quick and the food was delicious, although there was too much for us to finish. The spring rolls and other dishes were excellent. The staff was very helpful over the phone when we had a problem with payment. We will definitely make Oriental Express our go-to Chinese takeaway from now on.
