Nando's - Swindon

Previously we arrived for a Takeaway collection and it took a while over the promised time on my input. I was with my little girl and she was hungry, but dylan the gentleman served men at the door was excellent and played small games with my girl keeping her happy, he even got a drink everyone and was very nice and explaining to us the situation and why it was a delay. we saw him serve and speak to others, and his energy was amazing, I hope he is praised to make such a job. I had taken away from nando, and the experience was nowhere as good as tonight. well made dylan, you made my little girl very happy that you are a wonderful young man. more restaurants need such employees!

A good franchise restaurant. I am rare in because it can be occupied in the middle of the orbital retail park. but now they are open to take away (including deliveroo, thank you good! , so it's great to be able to reorder from them. eating is always well seasoned and does not cook dry chicken! the height of hotness is good in a reasonable range, at least for me. medium is actually medium, very hot is actually very hot, etc. I also like the fact that they calorie for every dish and side in the menu and in deliveroo app it is very useful when trying to take into account the calorie deficit. I cut off a star for sporadic problems with the menu. sometimes they run from certain types of directed; like yesterday, they were out of a chalk. not a biggie, but a big chain like nando 's should have a better operating supply chain, imho. for some time, they have also been completely closed to take orders. not hiding, it upset me immensely, but it seems as if they were back in standard operations. a great way to the restaurant for moderately healthy, but always very tasty, fast eating out.

Was a couple of times good eating and when they made a small mostake (wrong sauce in chicken brew) I got a refund and free drinks dont write much on restruants mainly gay but the love the spicy exotic food will go again

Food was amazing. Fast and efficient. Jasmine our waiter/chef was very catering of us all. Couldn’t recommend it any more, very much the stand out Nando’s between the two in Swindon.

So disappointing. Very long delay with food arriving with no explanation. Had to ask and it still took another 10 minutes to arrive. When is arrived they left the order short of chicken!!! Basic part of the order and they still got it wrong! Not good service. Just won’t bother going back as they are obviously short staff and simply couldn’t cope and that was a Wednesday evening.
