Mcdonald's - Swindon

Ordered, picked up, got home to realise a burger from happy meal is missing. Previously they forgot one of the burgers or dips too. Ridiculous service

Eat fast guys . No time to socialise with your friends here. Just received a parking charge notice for £100 reduced to £60 if paid in 14 days for spending 1hr 28mins on the premises. They won't ever issue me with another one as I will never use it again or any other McDonald's come to that. The reason I stayed so long was because of the good company I was in. As for the food it was pretty grim

This is sadly a repeat complaint, order large fries and get Half a portion of cold fries. I mean surely it’s the easiest and cheapest thing to get right, they need to sort this out.

Awful food cold and a big Mac meal payed for and forgotten from the order.with it being a online order there is no way to sort this out easily so we just had one person sharing a meal. That was cold. The mots sticks didn't come with the salsa. This is a joke. Will never order or buy from this awful place again

The staff in here are young and have no concept of customer service. The last drink ordered via the app never arrived so we had to go and ask for it after 20 minutes, no apology. On most occasions we have visited, the drinks are luke warm and the service is slow. This place needs to to be closed down and take lessons from the town centre one which is far superior.
