Franklin’s - Swindon

Has ordered a chicken slaughter. was very dry and nothing special. was crooked as if a bit stale? expects good quality brat hot bun, as their caption over their name is the roast sandwel shop' but was quite tasteless. the people behind the counter must smile once or twice.

After approaching the window to serve, I noticed that the man behind the counter used his phone, touched his nose and then touched the eating. avoid this place. I decided to achieve a better service and a better hygiene.

Currently he sat from this eatable and the type that is serving plays with his phone while he coughs into his hands and then wipes his nose into the tee cloth! Of course it went elsewhere.

Never fails to impress. very delicious, generous portions and all made fresh for them. it's the only place we eat now when we get into town.

We have now visited Franklin's twice within the last two weeks and that's saying something as we don't often visit town. On both occasions we have has coffee and a Pork, Apple Sauce and Stuffing bap with additional salad filling. The coffee and tea are...currently a mug and the Pork bap is The bap can be either white or wholemeal and is enormous! They serve other foods, sandwiches, panninis, jacket pots as you can see from the menu shown in the photos as great prices. The service is friendly and there are places to sit and eat. The food is made to order so you know it's going to be fresh. Tasty and excellent value, well worth a visit next time you are in town. They also do loyalty cards so that you can build up to a free drink or meal.
