Costa Coffee - Swindon

The staff are pleasant, but are not able to work with the ingredients given to produce what me, as the customer is asking for! I want a very dry cappuccino. Whisk the milk like meringue, slowly slowly, let it stand and spoon it over the coffee which by then is usually cold as it’s all done in the wrong order. Please train staff so my coffee is drinkable and worth the money I’m paying.

Visiting the Greenbridge shops, stopped off at Costa Coffee for a latte and decided to try the new Honeycomb latte, which they were happy to serve as a large for £3.20 so its nice to see that they have taken off the VAT thus saving their customers a few pennies! Good social distancing markers, hand sanitizer and everyone queueing wearing masks. Helpful friendly baristas through service was a little slower than usual due to extra precautions though better to be safe than sorry! Lots of seating outside. Only issue was the toilets were rather grubby and could have done with a clean!

Over prices , slow and not that nice tasting either.....another disappointing trip to a major coffee outlet. Never again .

We visited this restaurant for a quick coffee while we were out shopping. The variety of cakes offered was very appealing, so we decided to try one as well. The staff member who took our order was in training but displayed great competence and was friendly and helpful. The barista who prepared our drinks was also very pleasant, double-checking our order with us as she made them.

I visit this Costa location frequently and consistently enjoy the polite and fast service. The coffee is excellent, even better than some other branches in Swindon. The restaurant is always clean and tidy, and I never have trouble finding a table. I will definitely be returning again in the future.
