Primo Hoagies - Swedesboro

Recently the Nellie and although the viola wine had not much taste, the sharp and roasted red peppers really had for the pork. Service might have been better, we ordered there and waited for a table. They never let us know that our sandwiches were ready, they stayed on a rack behind the counter, no idea how long.

This place has given us problems with our order almost every time we order. Primos Essen in general is really good, but this location is not well operated at all and its customer service is just bad. Time to go somewhere else to my sandwiches.

My order was completely incorrect. I ordered a Sultan sandwich, but was very disappointed to find that they forgot the fresh mozzarella, pepper sprouts, and vinegar. Instead, I received a sandwich that only had salami, onions, and lettuce. I won’t be ordering from here again; it’s just not worth the money or time.

We've been regulars here for years, but recently (the last four orders) we've experienced issues with our orders being either incorrect or incomplete. I had to return twice after receiving someone else's order and missing a sandwich. Today, we requested extra mayo on an Italian sandwich, but instead, we received no mayo at all and an overwhelming amount of oil that my husband dislikes. When we got home, my sandwich was so drenched in oil that I could only eat the filling. I'm done with this place and won't be coming back.

Moldy bread. This used to be my favorite place for sandwiches, but I can't understand how anyone could have overlooked the mold that was on my bread. They cut right through it, piled on the meat and cheese, and served it to me. While I did get a refund and the assistant manager was polite about it, that doesn't excuse the fact that incompetent staff served me moldy food.
