Terrible customer service. Placed a mobile order and went to pick up in business; I was told that I had to go through the drive although it wasn't a line in the store. I'm waiting for 15 minutes in the drive because they didn't want to spend 15 seconds to check me out.
The service was friendly, but they had already run out of all the bagels by 4:00 PM.
We were in need of a bathroom and some coffee, but the doors were locked. So, we decided to go to McDonald's instead.
