Go quite regularly here with family and friends. Have never had a bad visit. Lovely atmosphere. The menu caters for most and the staff are excellent.

A very pleasant meal of an unlimited carvery for just under £15. A lovely range of well presented starters including prawn cocktail, smoked mackerel, tomato, basil, mozzarella, meats, etc followed by a substantial choice of roast meats and wide range of vegetables and some simple but delicious desserts. A great choice for the money and served by cheerful and attentive staff. Very pleased at choosing it!

This is a very friendly, upmarket restaurant with very good food, excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for the quality offered.

Started by phoning to make a booking,this was horrendous in the end I phoned central reservations and they put me through to the restaurant. I asked if the carvery was still available they assured me it was. Arrived at restaurant nobody came to show us or table we asked at the bar they pointed to where it was.sat at the table no one came to explain where the starters were or anything else. We found the starters or should I say where the remains or maybe not were. No plates to put the food on had to go and find someone The cold plate of meat what was left was spattered with cream from the desserts which was right next to it on the table,salad was non existent had to find someone again to explain all this. The main course was almost the same very little meat left the beef was the best and that was pretty miserely. The veg and the yorkshires were only just above blood heat. My advice is don't go anywhere near this carvery any later than mid afternoon. .

Down for a birthday party. Staff where amazing even going out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. And the swans won too : Food was good, I had a chilli burger which I would order again. Thank you guys will recommend to others.
