The Welcome Inn - Swansea

The restaurant is beautiful, but it was extremely cold inside. The young girl working at the front of house was terrible. She kept saying "WHAT?" whenever she misheard a question and was generally rude. Fortunately, the older ladies who took over were experienced and friendly. As for the food, the chicken wings were delicious. The burger was a pleasant surprise, homemade but could have used more seasoning. I will come back again, but will try a different main course next time.

Lunch on Christmas day was a shambles. Canapes were served before we were fully seated. Prosecco wasn't offered initially. The table wasn't laid properly and we were told only one set was provided for the mea!! Food was not as good as I've had before and courses were either served very quickly or we had to wait. A very disappointing experience as I wanted it to be a very special day and it wasn't.

A great atmosphere, made even better by the exceptional bar staff who dealt with some idiotic men extremely well and with excellent humour. The food was well cooked and presented. Thank you all for a great night

Excellent customer service. The food was delicious. A wide variety of choice on the menu. We will definitely be returning soon.
