Sketty Hall - Swansea

Located not far from the bustling parts of Swansea, this restaurant is situated in a semi rural area. It is a fantastic training venue with excellent staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

Three months ago, we made a reservation at Sketty Hall for a 90th birthday lunch for 45 people in September. Everything was going smoothly until today when the reservation was suddenly cancelled due to ongoing refurbishment. Was this lack of planning or simply poor communication? Could it be possible that the restaurant is closing down?

Consistently excellent as always. Contrary to other reviews, despite being owned by Gower College Swansea, this restaurant is not a training facility. It is a fully operational commercial establishment with seasoned hospitality professionals as staff. I have been a loyal patron for 10 years.

Visited with a group of 57 persons with a club Seating table arrangements A1 group of 8 laid out suberbly. All had a main meal with dessert served promptly and very hot had the beef it was to die for other meals were chicken and fish. The desserts were also of a high standard The staff were great bey obliging This is a training place for young persons in the catering industry All A1 recommended

We went to sketty hall for a business meeting which included dinner lovely building in its own grounds fantastic service we had a pre set menu which was faultless
