Croeso Lounge - Swansea

I visited for the first time to the breakfast and wait as there was only one until I find strange cover two days, then young lady laughed, until was taken away and young girl covered her not very experienced on the...and took advantage of the tip of her pencil on the screen with my order, what was alarming and out of the putz she was always laying her finger over her teeth while I immediately took out my order I did not see that this girl was serving every hand sanitise and as a food. I don't think I'll be back soon.

The manager in this croeso lounge is characterized as an extra mile in a million forever. Hannah is the queen of hospitables. busy. this pocket-racket brings her heart and her soul into every second of her layer; from the review that. foods are prepared and efficiently sent to take the time to hear feedback and customers feel appreciated. on a sunny day when the world flocks to mumbles, they and their colleagues work tirelessly to keep the same level of efficiency to give customers the best quality. hannah manages to bring her very hard work team together, and in opposition customers really get the “lounge” experience of each visit. Owners of this special lounge should be aware that this business runs with full capacity like a well oiled machine because it is operated so effectively. when the exterior; inside on the floor and on the first floor; and on the terrace, are a block with extension slang outside, hannah still finds a smile and is as helpful and professional as ever. a great guide with a fantastic friendly team. many thanks for their visit at every

Called for a Ciabatta snack on a busy half term afternoon, Seeing that I was balancing on crutches after a recent leg injury, the staff, and particularly Thea, sorted a table for us straight away and made us very welcome. The Chicken Ciabatta was superb...by the way,

An excellent menu; many delicious dishes and vegetarian options. the macaroni cheese had a beautiful crust, the chips were crispy, the churros came with delicious dips and the virgin mango colada was divine. the service was efficient and friendly. the only part was the unfortunate acoustic that makes it very loud. the decoration was also an acquired taste. can't complain about the view of the bay outside.

At the arrival we were confused as there were signs that we had to wait to get a place, and the personal saw us, but did not recognize us at all. After we had ordered, the food came in good time, but it was very average. they think prices have to be reduced somewhat. the position and the interieur is beautiful, and I liked that the order was contactless.
