Costa Coffee Uplands - Swansea

It is difficult to find parking in the area, but the cafe is located on the main street. The noise level is high due to loud coffee machinery and hard floors. The cheese and tomato toastie had an excess of sweet tomato sauce and a lack of regular tomato. Additionally, there was no salt or pepper available, giving the impression that they are not provided at all. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience.

The restaurant always serves good coffee and is willing to make slight changes to drinks. The food options are standard for a chain like Costa, and while they are usually good, there could be more variety. The cakes sometimes seem a bit stale, but are good when fresh.

I frequently visit this restaurant and enjoy the ambiance. There is a tall young man with wavy hair who is always courteous, attentive, and even remembers my order. However, the lady who made my espresso did not warm the cup, which affected the taste as it had gone cold by the time I reached my seat. I kindly ask that all staff members warm the cups before serving, as it makes a significant difference. Thank you.

I go to this Costa on a fairly regular basis.Staff are always helpful and efficient.Tables are clean...nearby parking.Reccomend.
