Jack In The Box - Swansea

Jack in the Box has gone downhill and is now nearly inedible. The burger patties are thin slices of fake meat that taste awful, the cheese is not melted at all, and the chicken patties are also thin and cheap. The tacos are barely filled. I remember when Jack in the Box was one of the best fast food restaurants with quality food. We will not be ordering from here again.

My food was cold , mini churros were stale, and I asked for extra taco sauce and didnt get any. I ordered 2 items, these workers dont care bout your food at all smh

The sandwiches were extremely dry and the hash browns were overly greasy.

The food at this restaurant was a disaster. The lettuce was mushy and brown, and the whole meal had a terrible chemical taste.

Waited 20 minutes for 3 items. They asked me to pull around to the drive thru waiting spots which were both full. Brought the wrong food out to everyone waiting. Lobby wasn’t busy. Everyone working inside looked like they were just socializing. No apology or anything. Just avoid this one.
