Panera Bread - Swampscott

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Customer service is awful, they water down the soup they?re always out of everything. it?s consistently awful.

A friend and I were not super hungry so we just ordered a half a sandwich with a cup of soup to the tune of $14. The sandwich was not very impressive. The soup was tasty but the rolls served with it was dry. The table was not clean. I asked a womanbehind the sandwich counter if someone could please clean it. I realize that prices are going up everywhere on everything butI've always felt them to be a little overpriced.

My favorite Panera. Never been disappointed in going to this place. I love the hazelnut coffee or also the mango lemonade. This is great for having the sip club.

I wanted to take a minute and recognize Josef specifically and the driver. Thank you for redoing the order today, that level of customer service goes a long way. I know places are short staffed , and it can be stressful. Thank you for taking my calllistening to the problem and then coming up with a solution right away! Amazing. I will absolutely order again, I love thefood, and the service. Well done!

The sandwiches were small and sparse and very expensive. Very bready with nothing in the middle. Terrible. Everything is small. Plus the service in Swampscott was unfriendly. I?m never going back.
