O-yo Frozen Yogurt - Swampscott

We often visit this restaurant during the summer and typically have a great experience. However, we went last night and were disappointed by the cleanliness. The floors were sticky, and our shoes seemed to get stuck as we walked. The tables were covered in a layer of old, sticky yogurt, and the toppings were all jumbled together and appeared unkempt. I'm not sure what's going on—perhaps there are new owners? This place used to be immaculate. The yogurt was still tasty, but there were fewer flavors to choose from.

The young girl working tonight was incredibly attentive and helpful. I witnessed a customer I felt was being rude, and she managed the situation with such grace. She's a lovely young lady. Thank you for the fantastic service!

The owner is incredibly friendly! The frozen yogurt and strawberry ice cream are fantastic... I will definitely be returning!

We held my son's 4th birthday party at O-Yo, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The family who owns O-Yo was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and just lovely. All the kids had a blast making their own treats (the adults enjoyed it too!). They were able to play games, listen to their favorite music, and enjoy the space all to themselves. The pricing was also very reasonable. I highly recommend O-Yo for anyone looking to host a birthday party or simply wanting to enjoy a delicious dessert!
