Starbucks - Swale

Coffee cups half full, not what we paid for! I paid extra to have a very large coffee, cup was barely half full. Absolute rip off. Only good thing was that what I did receive was very hot still.

Absolutely awful first and last time asked for to teas to be charged iver £6 then told no mugs had to wait for two to be washed finally got teas that was so weak you could see to the bottom of cups asked for anothwr tea bag but no difference so £6 down the drain as couldnt drink the wouldnt say tea think more nats pee

Ordered a java chip frappe (with coffee) but was sent a cookies and cream frappe with no coffee. No straws provided for the frappe drinks and delivery did not update to on the way until it was already delivered.

Worst coffee I ever had 0/5 ordered online and took them 10 mins to do anything. I had to remind the bloke to actually make them and he didn’t even apologise. Decided to give them another go two small iced coffee. Run out of regular milk, annoying but not their fault. It was lukewarm, no ice in sight and tasted awful. When we asked for it to be changed just put the tiniest amount of ice in it and gave it back. DO NOT COME HERE SO RUDE AWFULL STAFF

It didn't seem very clean but staff were friendly and professional. Really lacking in atmosphere, just a very basic place, I don't think I'll go again
