Everyone was very nice. However, the two gentlemen that waited on me are not fluent in English at all. Communication was an issue, but we got it done. I ordered a tuna sandwich which was perfect. I ordered a #99 the grand slam ham. It was supposed to have 33% more ham. I don't think so. The young man making it was confused I think that he was new, which is fine. Everybody is new at some point. However, he was having trouble communicating with his coworkers as well, and they weren't putting a lot of effort into it.
Just can't figure out why it cost 30.00 for 2 foot longs and a 6 inch sub little high.
Won't accept coupons, will never happily put extra veggies on your sub. Just all around not the place to go for a
I’ve lived in Hoptown since I was 7 and I’m 20 years old now. This has always been my go-to location for subway in the area, whether doordashing delivery, pickup, or ordering in store, I am always extremely satisfied with the freshness of my meal as well as how quickly the kind lovely staff makes it for me. Nothing less than the best I am always greeted by the familiar faces I’ve seen since I was a little girl. You can always come here expecting a nice lunch or dinner no matter what the day of the week. I think a lot of the reviews here are based on racism given that the owners are Indian but they’ve been nothing less than kind and grateful for my business
