Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis restaurant always seems to mix up our orders. Whenever my partner and I order from here, there is always a mistake. I usually order the filet burger box, while my partner orders the zinger. However, we end up with different sides in our boxes. Sometimes, my partner's order will come with the filet instead of the zinger, or we will receive two zingers. I cannot eat spicy food, so this is especially frustrating for me. I am puzzled as to why they continuously get our orders wrong. It's disappointing.
I do not recommend ordering delivery from this restaurant. We have been customers for 5 years and consistently have missing items in our orders. It is disappointing that even when we pick up our orders, there are items missing. Unfortunately, this has become a common occurrence for us. It is frustrating, especially for the children who enjoy KFC, to not receive their full meals. We even had to place a second order for the missing items from our first order, only to find that some items were still missing.
Once again, I did not receive my full order! This has happened multiple times before, around four times to be exact. The manager of this branch is clearly not managing things correctly. I will not be returning due to the poor customer service.
Eat always is not sure whether this is how this franchise of kfc makes its profit, but it happens with every order and seems to be a common complaining while standing in the waiting line. I checked my food before I go. chicken brot is now so thin. why? another way, like this two g tries to make his profit. the personal who speaks on personal mobile phones during serving is rude and unhygienic. handys are a massive brut place, they should not be anywhere near the food that is served to the costumers. the personal should not be on the handy and then touch eating without even washing the hands. the workers need to wash the hands more frequently, as their hands always look dirty, which is a massive shutdown. I get that kfc and not a Michelin star restaurant, but I still know that my eating is being treated hygienic. the personal that cleanses the toilets in the same uniform is also quite grim. all employees need training for hygiene and how to get an order right.
Ordered via Just Eat, as whole family were tired after decorating all day. They told us we had to wait an hour, which we were not happy about but willing to suffer. But after an hour of waiting, they sent us an automated text message...telling is our.order had been cancelled. No reason given, this is a place that doesn't care about their customers. Seriously, go somewhere else. You might even get some food.
