Subway - Sutherlin

WARNING! Do not purchase gift cards from Subway, particularly in Sutherlin, Oregon. I bought a $100.00 gift card and received 4 free 6-inch Subway coupons, which no one will accept. Even the Subway location where I bought the gift card will not honor it. The manager refused to honor the coupons and advised me to contact corporate, but they never answer or return calls. I absolutely adore the new menu at this restaurant! The dining room is beautiful and the service for take-out was excellent. This is a great spot for dinner with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The food was phenomenal, earning a perfect score of 5. The service and atmosphere also deserve top marks of 5. I highly recommend trying the cookies, Meatball Marinara, and Cuban Sandwich.

I visited the restaurant today and encountered a new employee with a terrible attitude. She was unwilling to make the sandwiches properly, displayed a lot of attitude, and failed to put any sauce on my spicy Italian sandwich. Additionally, she gave me the wrong sauce for my wrap. I recommend that the restaurant train their employees better.
