Boorgat Restaurant, Bar Guesthouse

The restaurant is lovely with so many antiques scattered around for decoration. The service was excellent, However we had the lamp chops and I cant say we enjoyed the meal. Very tough. Maybe if we had something else it would have been better.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to SALT and everyone in our group was amazed. Entering the grounds you walk between two old Rang Rovers embedded in the walls. Hay rakes, hay bailers bicycles and other old items are embedded into the walls and structures around you. Old cars, band saws, planners and other old tools fill your field of view. 6 of us ordered lunch and not one was disappointed. We enjoyed our food, drinks and scenery here so much 3 of us bought Boorgat merchandise.

Curious we entered this pub, after we happened to pass by the two Defender at the entrance. The beautifully landscaped garden and also the entire decoration in the bar and restaurant offer a lot to see. The idea of not throwing away old things, but decorating with them, I find great This house definitely has style. The food is also very good and the staff, whether in the bar or in the restaurant, are very friendly and know what they are doing. Thank you for this unforgettable evening.

I would spend hours at this place looking at all the antiques. Small menu but good pizzas and steak. Service: 5 Location: 5
