The Thirsty Duck Sussex

Great place for all ages. We made Mini Bowling with appetizers. Service was great, food and cocktails were inexpensive. Everyone from the 2nd to the grandparents had a great time. Very recommended for a family-friendly outing.

I ended up at the Thirsty Duck on a random Friday in February. I must say this place blew away all expectations. The other customers were nice and fun. The building was huge and CLEAN. The host live entertainment like Bands, and Magicians. They even had bowling in the basement. The staff was friendly and attentive. What I liked most about The Thirsty Duck was how they perfectly mixed the look and feel of a downtown bar, but it still had the warm welcome, relaxing atmosphere and prices of a corner bar without all the riff raff. I defiantly will be grabbing another drink or two next time I am in the Area.

We went to Thirsty Duck for the first time with our three year old twins and had a blast! Our server, Jennifer, was incredibly friendly and attentive. We loved the food and drinks and how kid friendly the drink and food menus were. Already booked another night to come back with some family!

Excellent food and service! The cheese curds were delicious and the pretzel was massive. Waitress was very nice and attentive. My daughter loved their game room also! Can’t wait to come back.

We attended a wedding reception downstairs. Irish coffee was great and a small but nice selection of tap beer, but larger well stocked cooler of bottles and cans... English? bowling lanes (small balls) and bean bag toss are available.
