Little Caesars - Susanville

I had the best customer service experience ever! The staff was dressed appropriately, and Jojo kept a smile on his face the entire time. He even sang a song while I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes. His rendition of "Don't Stop Believin'" was, without a doubt, the best cover I've ever heard!

The staff is incredibly nice and sweet, which I really appreciate. They fully adhere to the dress code and offer great recommendations. The restaurant is very clean, and I absolutely love the food, especially the cheese bread! #JusticeForJarius

The food was disappointing; the wings were cold and didn't taste like hot wings at all. It seemed like they just took the wings, added the sauce, and served them without heating them properly. They should really consider heating them in the oven to warm up the sauce instead.

Just an inexpensive pizza place! It's exactly what you’d expect from Little Caesars.
