Pablo's Charcoal Chicken & Ribs

This place used to be great, but since it's changed owners it has really gone downhill. They've forgotten to give me garlic sauce on one occasion, a second time they tried to offload old garlic sauce for free (which was all gluggy and separated), and most recently the salads we got were pretty sad and the chicken was rubbery and had a weird flavour. It's just not what it used to be. The service is nice enough, but you may as well just go to Coles to buy a chicken and a salad pack if you're after a quick dinner.

Went for lunch on friday. Good place for take away. They have variety of salads. The charcoal chicken is really good and must try. I was bit disappointed about the Portuguese chicken burger as the bun was cold and it taste ok (nothing like wow) . I would recommend to try the other items other than the burger.

Pablo's used to be our local chicken shop until we moved to St Peters and we miss it so much we regularly make the trip back. Friendly staff and AMAZING charcoal chicken are the hallmarks of this local gem. Give it a try!

This place is by far the best chicken place in Sydney! Usually I go for 1/4 chicken (breast and a medium salad or roasted vegetables. Once in a while I treat myself with ribs or when I go with a friend we share a 1/2 Chicken and 1/2 rack of ribs with chips (ask for the chicken salt!! combo! I guess it's the authentic charcoal that makes the chicken and ribs taste so yummie! In winter it's nice to eat in the shop, as it is warm and cozy. Seats are limited though. If you live close enough they even deliver! You can get good deals, especially if you go for a pack (great for lunch! Definitively recommend that place for lunch or dinner!

Caesar salad just lettuce and chicken. No dressing, no croutons, nothing like the picture on their website. Tabouli was not any better, not tasty. Ribs were average to below average. Not a good place.
