Customer service in this store is brutal. They're always kidding or they're slow like hell.... waited 10 minutes today before I saw an employee to make an order. Thank God the food is always delicious. I'll be back.
Not much of a burger fan, but at $3.99 for a Beyond Meat burger it is a steal. It is served with salad and tomatoes and the perfunctory ketchup. Service is what you expect.
Keeped open from the door to our personal table service with a smile. The manager even goes from table to table and gets to know new faces. You go to refill coffee and water, etc. Really the unique experience you will ever have...with an A/W! The food is hot, just like you asked. You also go around with a tray of either root beer flavored suckers or towel holders etc. after your doing. If I didn't live so close and instead in Chilliwack, I would STILL come all the way in the past all the other A/W here:
The restaurant, particularly a young man with a beard, has a total of about six front staff members. However, the line for the cashiers moves extremely slowly. They should consider assigning one person specifically to handle drink orders for both the drive-thru and front counter, as well as focus on speeding up their service and improving organization. Many customers were observed going over to the "3 seconds survey" station, presumably not to leave positive feedback. The young staff members should work on moving faster, walking with more energy, and operating more efficiently during busy periods. It seems like they are simply going through the motions without much urgency.
