Kick Ass Burrito - Surrey Heath

My order was completely wrong!! There is nothing in our delivery that we ordered and there is no way to contact them! Never order from them again!

We’ve ordered from here a few times and it’s been great. Tonight though the left items from our order but still charged for them. Not cool. No way of contacting the restaurant either!!

The delivery bag was torn and food spilled everywhere, the driver ignored the restaurant, it was impossible to reach the restaurant, the food was cold, everything ended up in the trash. This restaurant is a complete disaster.

The flavor is lacking, the burritos are bland, and the salsa tastes like blended canned tomatoes. I personally would not order from this restaurant again.

I ordered a burrito with hot sauce, salsa, extra salsa on the side with dip, and extra pulled pork. I also got jalapeno poppers and tortilla chips as sides. However, the burrito had no salsa, cream, cheese, or black beans, and only a small portion of pork despite paying extra for it. It was mostly just rice with a tiny amount of pork. They forgot the salsa and instead included extra sour cream in the bag with a note wishing me a 'great night'. The total cost was around £20 for delivery, which I found to be unacceptable. I would have been a frequent customer if they could improve their service. On a positive note, the delivery guy was polite.
