Subway - Surprise

Quite different sandwich than I ordered a look like the literally threw it together the 2 girls who work there now should be fired

A foot long sleeved by the app ordered. waited only in the load to notice that it was ready to be kept away from all other online orders sandwich was not cut and she gave me the wrong brot and it had mold on it.

Metro is terrible, it is all truthahn meat based. don't waste your time.

I have never been so disappointed in a subway. From beginning to end it was a nightmare. It's 1:00 and you have no bacon. I ask for my sub double toasted and it wasn't. Your lettuce has onions in it. My sandwich was a sloppy mess and i got no napkins in my to go bag. My receipt was tossed on the counter with a have a nice day. THEN!!! I went to get my drink and it was like a horror movie. Ice and lemonade. Lemonade was out. Ice and coke. Coke was out. Ice and Diet Coke..... let's just say no Diet Coke, root beer or sprite. I got vitamin water which didn't taste right..... because it just went out! The girl behind the counter didn't apologize or do anything to help. Guess what??? Out of tea too! Hope you're not thirsty. I'm a teacher at a school nearby. I'm never going back to that location, Jersey Mike's is worth the drive.

I had tried to make an online order for pick up as I only have a 30 minute lunch unfortunately the system wasn't working properly so I decided to contact the store and order by phone it was for two 6 inch subs as I was on the phone with Angel Placing my order another employee Rudely interrupted us in the background and Made a comment stating we do not take phone call orders which I was unaware of upon calling and Angel was just willing to help At this point I thought I'd explain to Angel why I had called instead of placing an online order as I stated above Angel with no hesitation said he totally understood and displayed wonderful customer service just like he started with. I have no doubt that Angel could take on a leadership role within management very soon because he has definitely displayed his efforts in making sure customers have the best experience at this subway location as well as not partaking in rude behavior that his coworkers have shown, thanks to Angel I will return.
