Rio Mirage Cafe - Surprise

The service was excellent! The food was good overall, but I think the fish was slightly overcooked and could have been prepared more gently. However, I absolutely loved the shrimp cocktail—it was delicious! I would recommend serving it with chips instead of saltine crackers. I also really appreciated the staff; everyone was friendly and welcoming, with a warm "hello," "thank you for coming," and "thank you for visiting today." They were all very courteous, respectful, and attentive. The smiles from the staff really enhance the customer experience!

What a delightful and authentic spot for delicious Mexican cuisine! The restaurant was bustling with customers, which is always a good sign. The service was quick and friendly, and we were welcomed with the classic nachos and salsa. While the salsa was tasty, it could have used a bit more heat to really bring it to life. I ordered the chicken fajitas, which were served piping hot and steaming. However, I wouldn’t recommend the Maistortilla as it was a bit on the dry side. Overall, everyone in our group was pleased with their choices.

This has become my new favorite spot for salsa! It left just the right amount of heat without feeling like I needed to chug a glass of milk afterward. It is a bit on the expensive side, so it's a place we'll visit occasionally, but the quality makes it worth the price. The staff was very friendly and patient with me, even trying to teach me how to pronounce the name of the dish correctly.

I feel 3.5/4 star rating is sufficient at this time, but it will like to increase to 5 stars if cleanliness is corrected before our next visit. This is a great restaurant to visit when you enjoy delicious meals and delicious drinks. The staff is always very friendly, including the attentive bartender. We have tried many of the dishes over the years and were never dissatisfied, they were all delicious and well refined. The green chili dishes are my favourite, as it makes the authenticity especially compared to other restaurants. The margaritas are absolutely delicious and I recommend the strawberry margarita to everyone. The only complaints I have with this beautifully decorated restaurant is cleanliness. Many times recently we have menus that are dirty or are in ruins. While the result is chaotic mosquitoes, you would hope that menus will be deleted and sanitary before they are delivered again. The restaurant itself must also be thoroughly cleaned. There are plenty of dust and debris on the decor, separators, walls, sitting edges, etc. This is a favorite restaurant that we have often visited, so I really hope that the lack of Tidins is not a reflection of the kitchen. I have severe allergies and dust activated my asthma, so I was not too surprised that I cried after our last visit.

My wife and I ventured into Rio Mirage Cafe for the first time a few weeks ago (04/23). We arrived around 6pm and waited about 15 minutes before being seated. Our waiter, Mark C, was a true entertainer. My wife and I have never laughed so hard, and so long, in a restaurant before. We literally had stomachaches from all of the rapid exercising of our diaphragms. The food was fabuloso and the habanero salsa was spicy. If you are there for dinner, make sure you request Mark C?s section. You will not be disappointed!!!
